I recently visited Thai Grand Room and was thoroughly impressed by the dining experience. The restaurant's interior is beautifully decorated with a modern Thai aesthetic, including intricate patterns on the tables and wall art that adds a cultural touch. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with stylish lighting creating a cozy atmosphere. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. The green curry was creamy and flavorful, with perfectly cooked vegetables and tender chicken. The beef stir-fried noodles were rich and savory, garnished with a beautiful carrot and beet spiral that added a fresh pop of color. The side dishes of rice complemented the meal perfectly. Additionally, the mango salad and papaya salad were refreshing, with a balance of tangy and sweet flavors. The presentation of the dishes was exquisite, with attention to detail that elevated the dining experience. The portion sizes were generous, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. Overall, Thai Grand Room is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Thai cuisine in a sophisticated setting. I highly recommend it and look forward to again.

There’s a difference between eating out and being fed. At Thai Room Grand – York Mills, you don’t just get a meal — you get a full-on sensory experience, wrapped in spice, warmth, and quiet elegance. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was calm confidence. Sleek interiors, ambient lighting, and the hum of good conversation. No frills, just focus — on flavour, flow, and hospitality. We started with the Grand Appetizer Platter — a greatest-hits lineup of shrimp satay, tofu, calamari, spring rolls, and shrimp chips. Hot, crispy, and fresh — each bite made to be shared (even if we didn’t want to). Then came the mains. The Khao Soi? Liquid gold: creamy, gently spicy broth hugging every noodle. The Holy Basil Chicken brought fire and fragrance. The Pad See Ew was the sleeper hit — chewy noodles, deep soy notes, all comfort. And the Pineapple Fried Rice? Sweet-savoury magic with shrimp, chicken, and golden egg. But the surprise favourite? The Spicy Beef Salad — zesty, herbaceous, and refreshing between bites. To drink, we sipped the mellow Grand Thai Tea, tropical Mango Mojito, and a Lychee Ginger Fizz that honestly tasted like vacation. I was in the area with my partner and found this beautiful Thai restaurant honestly I was blown away the food was amazing, the environment was lovely and the customer service was great! The waitress that attended us her name is Ellen was very kind warm and helpful. The manger Vincent introduced himself before making our drinks, it was very nice of him to do so felt very welcoming definitely will be returning back here! If you’re in the area or scrolling upon this beautiful restaurant on google definitely take the time to come visit!

It’s a good place for thai food. For the meal the order was Pineapple fried rice which comes with chicken and shrimp you can also customize with chicken if you have allergy issues with shrimp. It was delicious and perfectly cooked. Alongside also ordered eggplants which comes with peppers , onions. And there’s also a order for chicken named devil chicken which was tasty but not that spicy. The place service was good and the ambience was nice too. Hundred percent recommended.

The food was amazing! The fried rice and crispy beef were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. I loved the mix of veggies and spices. The Thai iced tea was refreshing and served in a cool glass jar. The restaurant looks beautiful inside – clean, modern, and peaceful with a lovely Buddha statue and stylish seating. Staff were friendly, and overall it was a great dining experience. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Thairoom Grand! The food was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The Pad Thai and green curry were especially delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and stylish, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. You can really taste the quality in every bite. I’ll definitely be coming back again—highly recommend to anyone who loves authentic Thai cuisine!

Third time!!! Everything is great as always. Come back for my favourite dish, Spicy Shrimp Salad. Try a new thing today, Mango Mojito Cocktail. Comes as a boot LOL! Love it Thank you chefs and servers for your service. Come back for sure!!

We had a great time last night. The food looked inviting - presentation was great! And it tasted good as well. The place was nice, cozy and decorated well. Washroom was very clean.
